Folks dealing with Pool companies need to realize that the workers are contract and they also do jobs for other pool companies. These workers are not reliable all the time as far as getting to your house at a particular day and time. Trucks break down, jobs run long, etc. There are the hole diggers, the rebar folks, gunite folks, plaster folks, electricians, etc. This is the same for all pool companies and not relegated to Cali Pools of TX. It is stressful and unfortunate, especially for a first time pool purchaser. We went through this with our pool, so been there done that. Not only did Cali Pools of TX build our pool, we used them for some renovations for our pool as well. Mike always answers the phone and will call you back. He's very knowledgeable and honest. His company definitely could use a QC person as Mike cannot be around to supervise every minute of every job. We have had some minor issues, nothing has been perfect, but what ever is? Mike has addressed or is addressing them and I have confidence they will be resolved to my satisfaction. Wife and I are very pleased with our pool and Cali Pools of TX and will continue to use them
